CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a 24 hour notice to change, cancel or reschedule all appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given, and we are unable to fill your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total amount of services. If you must change, cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your scheduled service, or are a “no-show” for an appointment, you will be charged the full price for the service(s).

Please call 908-272-7158 or reply to your confirmation email if you need to change/cancel your appointment(s) so we may fill the time with another client. Thank you for understanding and abiding by this policy :-).

Reservations

Advanced reservations are required. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Late Arrivals

Unfortunately, if you are late, we can only offer you the time remaining in your float or reschedule your session with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.

Special Conditions

For Flotation ,If you have any allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, other medical conditions, or are pregnant, we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for a flotation session.

Pregnancy

Flotation therapy has many benefits for those that are pregnant but we do suggest you consult your doctor prior to scheduling an appointment.
